1. General provisions
DAWNERZ products are subject to statutory rights relating to defects under the applicable law.
Voluntary warranties granted for products previously sold remain valid under the warranty terms applicable at the time of purchase.
2. Purchases through dawnerz.de (B2B)
Sales through dawnerz.de are made exclusively on the basis of individual commercial quotations and order confirmations. Statutory rights relating to defects and the contractual terms individually agreed between the parties apply.
No additional voluntary warranty is automatically granted for B2B orders. Separate warranty terms may be expressly agreed on an individual basis.
3. Extended warranty for tow straps
For DAWNERZ tow straps purchased by consumers through retail channels, including Amazon, an additional voluntary warranty is granted subject to timely purchase registration.
Warranty period: The third year from the purchase date only (months 25 to 36).
Coverage: Manufacturing and material defects attributable to production only.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by overloading, improper use or storage, external mechanical impacts, normal wear and tear, or other causes not attributable to a manufacturing defect.
If a claim is confirmed to fall within this warranty, DAWNERZ GmbH will replace the affected product free of charge.
Registration: Within 30 calendar days of the purchase date, by email to info@dawnerz.de, stating the order number, purchase date and sales channel (e.g. Amazon).
This additional warranty does not apply to purchases for business or professional purposes (B2B), including those made via retail platforms, unless expressly agreed otherwise on an individual basis.
Territorial coverage: Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
4. Warranty claims and product support
To make a warranty claim, please email info@dawnerz.de with the order number and a description of the alleged defect. Photographs or inspection of the product may be requested for verification.
