1. No right of withdrawal

There is no statutory right of withdrawal, as it is available to consumers only. A right of return or withdrawal exists only if expressly agreed.

2. Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchanges of goods free from defects are possible only by prior individual agreement. Please agree any return with us in advance by e-mail to info@dawnerz.de.

3. Defects and wrong deliveries

If the goods are defective, including if a wrong item was delivered, the statutory rights apply; we bear the transport costs necessary for subsequent performance. Please notify us of defects in text form, for example by e-mail to info@dawnerz.de.
