Our path
DAWNERZ GmbH is a Berlin-based supplier of industrial products. DAWNERZ began with its own products for lifting, recovery and transport applications in North America. The establishment of DAWNERZ GmbH in Berlin extended the business to the European market.
Today we work in two complementary areas: our own product lines, sold directly through our shop and in B2B sales, and a B2B supply programme for selected wear and replacement parts, developed with selected manufacturing partners.
In both areas we focus on a small number of clearly defined product groups, direct cooperation with selected manufacturers, and one fixed contact in Germany.
Development and growth
Our own product lines taught us what has to work reliably between manufacturer and customer: a sound specification, selection of the right manufacturing partner, clear quality and documentation requirements, international logistics, and both e-commerce and B2B sales. The same steps — clarify the specification, select the manufacturer, check samples and organise delivery — also apply to wear and replacement parts. That is why we are not expanding DAWNERZ in every direction, but adding a small number of component families that fit this way of working.
Looking ahead
Our next step is a focused B2B supply programme for industrial wear and replacement parts for customers in Germany and Europe. We select component families and manufacturing partners not to make the catalogue as broad as possible, but where a lasting, repeatable supply relationship can be built. Better a few product groups we can develop and manage systematically than a broad catalogue with no clear ownership.
