Die Hebebänder von Dawnerz sind auf Langlebigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit ausgelegt. Sie bestehen aus hochfestem Industriepolyester und verfügen über gefaltete und verstärkte Schlaufen, die sicheres Heben ermöglichen und den Anforderungen der Norm EN 1492-1 entsprechen.

- Farbkennzeichnung – ermöglicht eine schnelle und einfache Identifikation der zulässigen Traglast (WLL).
- Robust & verstärkt – flachgewebtes Band in Doppellage mit zusätzlichem Abriebschutz an den Schlaufen.
- Sicherheit & Normkonformität – jedes Hebeband wird gemäß EN 1492-1 geprüft – für maximale Sicherheit und Zuverlässigkeit.
- Genaue Lastangaben – ein blaues Etikett zeigt die zulässige Traglast für verschiedene Hebekonfigurationen und -winkel an.
- Rückverfolgbarkeit – jedes Hebeband ist mit einer individuellen Seriennummer gekennzeichnet.

Hinweise zur Verwendung:
Gemäß EN 1492-1:2000+A1:2008 müssen Hebebänder vor scharfen Kanten, Reibung und Abrieb durch Last oder Hebezeug geschützt werden. Obwohl unsere Hebebänder über eingearbeitete Verstärkungen verfügen, können je nach Anwendung zusätzliche Schutzmaßnahmen erforderlich sein.

Avoid Crushing
Ensure that the entire width of the lifting strap is supported. Straps that are bunched together, stacked, or crushed lose their load-bearing capacity and can be damaged. Rotating or one-sided edge loading can also cause damage or even lead to the strap tearing.
Protect Against Sharp Edges and Abrasion
Sharp edges can cut through lifting straps, potentially causing loads to fall unexpectedly. Minimize the impact of sharp edges by using cut protection. For loads with rough surfaces (e.g., concrete), use protective sleeves or edge protection to prevent abrasion. Advances in technology have led to lifting straps made from high-performance fibers, providing enhanced protection.
Handle with Care
Never use force to pull lifting straps out from under a load. Utilize appropriate tools to support the straps and avoid damage. Prevent other impacts such as friction, chafing, or crushing, which can compromise the material's integrity.
Maintain Proper Opening Angle
Ensure that the opening angle of the lifting strap end loops does not exceed 20°. Exceeding this angle can cause the loop seam to tear under the load.
