Wear and replacement parts made to drawing, sample or specification

For industrial maintenance, repair and technical procurement: selected wear and replacement components for machinery and plant equipment — when the original part is too expensive, takes too long, has been discontinued, or a second source is needed.

DAWNERZ GmbH, Berlin — one commercial contact in Germany. Manufacturing with selected partners across four defined component families. Focus on small and medium batches and recurring replacement demand.

Four component families

We concentrate on parts where alternative manufacturing pays off: wear parts and replacement components that are consumed repeatedly, made to your drawing, sample or specification. Standard catalogue items — bearings, fasteners, sensors, standard pumps — are not our business.

PU & Rubber Wear Parts

Polyurethane and rubber wear parts for bulk-material handling and process equipment: liners and wear plates, wear strips and blocks, PU-lined steel plates, scrapers, moulded parts.

To drawing or sample; hardness and material grade to specification.

Cast Steel & Manganese Wear Parts

Cast wear parts in manganese steel and selected cast-steel grades: wear plates, jaw plates, crusher and mill liners, and other replacement castings — machined where required.

To drawing, sample or specification.

Machined Replacement Parts

Turned and milled replacement parts to drawing: bushings, sleeves, shafts, pins, gears, housings and comparable components for repair and maintenance.

From small quantities to medium batches; material, tolerances and surface treatment as specified.

Hydraulic Replacement Components

Drawing-based hydraulic block components: manifolds and control blocks, hydraulic blocks, mounting and adapter plates.

Selected cylinders and assemblies after individual review.

Who we work with

The industry matters less than the situation: equipment that has to keep running, and parts that have to be replaced again and again.

Typical environments: Quarries & aggregates · Recycling · Cement · Bulk-material handling · Steel & metallurgy · Heavy process industry

Typical situations in which we are asked

Most requests start with one of these. They have one thing in common: a part that is needed again and again, and a supply route that no longer works.

OEM part too expensive

The original part works, but the price no longer fits the maintenance budget — especially for wear parts with recurring demand.

OEM lead time too long

Delivery times of weeks or months. The machine cannot wait, or the spare stock ties up capital.

Part discontinued or machine generation older

The manufacturer no longer supplies the part, or the machine generation is no longer supported. Often only a worn part remains.

Second source needed

A second source reduces dependence on a single supplier and improves supply security.

Only a drawing, sample or worn part available

No complete documentation, no article number. We work from what you have: drawing, specification, sample or a dimensioned worn part.

Quantities too small for large manufacturers

Ten pieces a year, not ten thousand. Larger manufacturers decline or quote minimum quantities far above real need.

We check with selected manufacturing partners whether and how the part can be produced as an alternative — and tell you early if it cannot.

From drawing to repeat supply

Where the application allows it, qualification can proceed pragmatically through a drawing or specification, a sample or first batch, and approval.

Number 1 icon

Send drawing, sample or specification

Drawing (PDF, DXF, STEP), specification, photos and dimensions of the worn part, quantity and required date. Whatever you have is enough to start.

Number 2 icon

Technical review

We check material, process, tolerances and quantity with the suitable manufacturing partner and confirm whether the part fits our scope.

Number 3 icon

Quotation, sample or first batch

You receive price and lead time. Where useful, a sample or first batch comes first — subject to your approval after testing.

Number 4 icon

Approval and repeat supply

After your approval: repeat orders are based on the approved specification and agreed manufacturing route — with the same DAWNERZ contact in Germany.

One commercial contact across several manufacturing routes

A single manufacturer usually covers one process. DAWNERZ coordinates selected manufacturing routes within a defined replacement-parts scope and remains your commercial contact in Germany.

ITEMS

  • One commercial contact in Germany. Contract, order, invoice and communication run through DAWNERZ GmbH in Berlin.
  • Four component families, one interface. PU/rubber, cast-steel, machined replacement and hydraulic block components through one commercial contact — fewer supplier interfaces for recurring replacement demand.
  • Production matched to the request. Selected manufacturing partners per component family, not an open supplier marketplace. We coordinate material, process and manufacturing partner for the specific request.
  • Small and medium batches. Quantities sized to real maintenance demand — where technically and economically feasible.
  • From the first part to repeat supply. The approved specification and agreed manufacturing route remain the basis for repeat orders; your DAWNERZ contact stays the same.

For manufacturers

DAWNERZ does not manufacture and does not compete with manufacturers. For each of the four component families we work with a limited number of manufacturing partners and handle German-market enquiries together: technical clarification, quotation and — after successful approval — repeat orders through DAWNERZ as the German contract partner.

If you manufacture within one of these families and are interested in a structured route into the German market, get in touch.

Send us your drawing, specification or part request

Send what you have. We review the request and come back with the next concrete step — a technical question, a quotation, or a clear answer if the request is outside our scope.
