How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order is generally processed within 1–2 business days.
The subsequent delivery time is usually 2–4 business days.
The total delivery time is therefore generally approximately 3–6 business days from receipt of the order.
Do you ship outside Germany?
We currently ship within Germany only.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail.
Where available, we will also provide tracking information.
Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?
After an order has been placed, changing the delivery address is not always possible.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at info@dawnerz.de. We will then check whether a change is still possible.
What should I do if there is a problem with the item I received?
If there is any issue with your order, please contact us at info@dawnerz.de.
We will review your request as quickly as possible and coordinate the next steps with you.
Can I return an item?
Yes. If you place an order with us as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods.

Who bears the return shipping costs?
Unless the goods are defective or a wrong item was delivered, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
If the goods are defective or an incorrect item was delivered, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
Is an exchange possible?
An exchange is generally possible, subject to availability.

Does the right of withdrawal also apply to B2B orders?
The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies only to consumers.
For orders placed by business customers, the agreed terms shall apply.
