Tipps zur Auswahl von Hebebändern
Gewebte Hebebänder:
- Die Breite sollte sorgfältig passend zur jeweiligen Hebeaufgabe gewählt werden.
- Können mit 1, 2 oder 4 Lagen gefertigt werden, um die Tragfähigkeit zu erhöhen, ohne die Breite des Bandes zu vergrößern.
- Bei gleicher Tragfähigkeit sind schmalere Hebebänder in der Regel dicker als breitere.
- Mit abnehmender Dicke des Hebebandes verringern sich Kantenstabilität und seitliche Steifigkeit. Durch Zunahme der Dicke verbessert sich dieser Effekt wieder.
- Schmalere Hebebänder eignen sich aufgrund ihres kompakten Designs ideal für diagonale Zugbelastungen.
