Warranty for tow straps (3 years standard warranty)
WARRANTY CLAIMS
Dawnerz warrants its tow straps to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and provides a standard warranty of three (3) years from the date of purchase.
All products must be registered within 30 days of purchase to receive the warranty. Failure to register within this period will void the warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not apply to improper use, overloading, incorrect fastening or normal wear and tear.
Replacement products remain covered under the original 3-year warranty period.
The guarantee for visual defects (such as defects in the belt structure or seams) only applies if the product is unused. Complaints due to visual defects on products that have already been used will not be accepted.
To make a warranty claim, the defective product must be sent to the address provided along with the original purchase receipt.
Each Dawnerz tow strap has a sewn-in label containing a unique serial number. If this label is missing or the serial number is no longer legible, the warranty will be void and a free replacement will not be possible.
Only the original purchaser or registered warranty holder may make a warranty claim.
To submit a warranty claim, please fill out the application form and submit the following documents:
- At least one photo or video showing the defect
- A photo of the sewn-in brand label with clearly legible serial number
After reviewing and approving your request, we will ask you to send the defective product to us.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for returning the item to be replaced, as well as the costs for shipping the replacement product. If the identical replacement product is not in stock, we will offer a comparable product or refund the full purchase price to the original means of payment.
NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY
- Damage caused by improper use, negligence, accident, overload, incorrect fastening or other causes not caused by manufacturing defects
- Products that have been repaired or modified
- Claims by persons other than the original purchaser or the registered warranty holder
- Personal preferences (e.g. color, size, weight)
- Normal wear and tear or age-related changes that do not affect functionality
- loss or theft
- repairs or replacements by third parties
- Products used in competitive events
- Products purchased as "used" or "no longer in original packaging"
- Products without a sewn-in brand label with serial number
RESPONSIBILITY
Please follow the manufacturer's warnings, recommendations and instructions. It is the user's responsibility to ensure the proper use of our products. Dawnerz is not liable for any damage to property or personal injury.
