Withdrawal Period
If you place an order with us as a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

Returning Goods
If you would like to return an item, please contact us in advance at:
Where possible, please include your order number and the item concerned so that we can process the return quickly.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the goods are defective or a wrong item was delivered, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
If the goods are defective or we have delivered the wrong item by mistake, we will bear the reasonable return shipping costs.
Condition of the Returned Goods
Please return the goods, where possible:
- complete,
- with any accessories included,
- and, if possible, in the original packaging.
A withdrawal is not automatically excluded simply because the original packaging is missing.
However, any reduction in value may be taken into account if the goods were used beyond what is necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the relevant amount using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
In the case of a valid withdrawal, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery. Additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive delivery method will not be refunded.

Exceptions

Important Notes for B2B Orders
The statutory right of withdrawal generally applies only to consumers.
For orders placed by business customers, the agreed terms shall apply.
